After nearly ten years, Défis RH has discovered and placed impactful talent in leading Canadian businesses and helped diverse candidates all over the country secure meaningful employment and create a lasting work-life balance.

Jessie began her career in a placement agency in 2004, where she thrived off challenges and helped humans find jobs that helped create their best life. After working eleven years for a prominent corporation, she intended to provide candidates and companies with a more personalized and humancentric approach. She left the security of her position to boldly launch Défis RH and deliver comprehensive recruiting services to individuals and businesses, seeking the exact meaningful change she desired in her life.

Madeleine Philion

Madeleine is a talent acquisition expert with more than twelve years of diverse industry experience. She joined Défis RH to oversee the Skilled Trades Division and expand the human-first recruiting approach that connects the highest quality talent to the most respected Canadian companies. Madeleine has a keen eye for talent that integrates well with growing teams and provides lasting impact within distinct organizations. She is an active listener that provides candid insight so candidates and companies can discover the most valuable solutions
