With eleven years of experience at a prominent corporation, she evolved her vision, moving beyond traditional recruiting to offer customized, caring support to candidates and companies. She then boldly embraced entrepreneurship by founding Défis RH, where she provides a tailored and compassionate approach to HR and recruiting challenges. Jessie quickly built an expansive network of clients and partners who deliver personalized HR management and recruitment solutions to companies across Quebec.
