Here, in a few points, is how you can practice hygge in your daily life to lift your spirits and feel better, both at work and in your personal life.

Working out is always a good way to feel better. You don’t have to become a gym pro! Fifteen minutes a day of exercise is enough to make you feel better. Go according to your desires! A healthy nutrition is also a good way to get back on your feet and regain your energy.

To break the gloom, don’t be afraid to shake things up a bit and change your established routine. Find a new hobby, take a class that interests you, go out and discover new places… The choice is yours! This change will put you back on your feet and will certainly help you break out of your habits.
